Proprietary Rights of iRWI: User acknowledges that by logging on to iRWI Software he/she obtains only the right to access the Software and will use their best efforts and will take all reasonable steps to protect the Software from any misuse, reproduction, publication, disclosure or distribution. User acknowledges and agrees that iRWI Software contains confidential information and trade secrets developed by RWI through the expenditure of a great deal of time and money.
